TreasurySpring
Follow TreasurySpring accounts in FinologeeBKO: a cash account in Cash accounts and a securities account for the positions
Introduction
FinologeeBKO connects to the TreasurySpring API and exposes TreasurySpring accounts to their clients:
- A TreasurySpring cash account in Cash accounts, with its balance
- A TreasurySpring securities account in Securities accounts, with all positions held at TreasurySpring
Disclaimer: FinologeeBKO does not place, renew or reinvest TreasurySpring products: investment decisions stay with TreasurySpring.
This integration is only available for TreasurySpring clients.
Prerequisites
The connection requires configuration by Finologee Customer Support, and users need the permissions that match the tasks they perform.
- The tenant flags SECURITIES and CASH_CONCENTRATION (for cash concentration) are enabled. See Feature flags
- Customer Support registers your TreasurySpring API credentials, the TreasurySpring cash accounts, and the TreasurySpring securities accounts for your tenant
- One FinologeeBKO tenant can connect to several TreasurySpring clients and entities

How the TreasurySpring structure appears in FinologeeBKO
A TreasurySpring client can have several entities. Each entity has a securities account that holds its non-cash positions, and one cash account for each currency. FinologeeBKO reflects this structure:
| TreasurySpring element | In FinologeeBKO |
|---|---|
| Entity cash balance in one currency | A cash account, shown with the other cash accounts |
| Entity holdings that are not cash | A securities account, shown in Securities Accounts |
Sending funds to TreasurySpring
Users send funds to a TreasurySpring cash account in one of two ways:
- Credit transfer — create the TreasurySpring cash account as a counterparty and pay it like any other counterparty. See Credit transfers
- Cash concentration — create a rule whose master account is the TreasurySpring cash account. The rule sweeps excess funds from the source account to TreasurySpring according to its thresholds. See Cash concentration
In a custom balance cash concentration rule, users select the settlement channel of the transactions that the rule generates. This selection controls the speed and the cost of the transfer to TreasurySpring. See Selecting the settlement channel.

Refresh schedule
FinologeeBKO refreshes TreasurySpring data without user action:
- Intraday refresh — FinologeeBKO retrieves the balances and holdings every hour on weekdays by default and creates an intraday statement. The default window runs from 06:00 to 21:00 (Luxembourg time)
- End-of-day refresh — FinologeeBKO creates a final statement of the day, by default at 22:30 on weekdays (Luxembourg time)
The schedule is held per account, so it can differ between accounts.
Refresh manually
When a user opens the details of an active TreasurySpring securities account or cash account, FinologeeBKO requests the latest data from TreasurySpring and updates the page when the answer arrives.
Cash accounts
TreasurySpring cash accounts show the balance per currency. Transactions will not be listed.
Securities accounts
TreasurySpring securities accounts show the holdings of the entity. In addition to the standard columns, the securities tables offer the following columns, hidden by default:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Provider | The provider of the product, TreasurySpring |
| Product type | The product type, for example Fixed-term fund |
| Status | The status of the holding, for example Pending withdrawal or Cut-off |
| Issue date and Maturity date | The start and the end of the investment |
| Cost | The initial purchase cost |
| Unrealised gain/loss | The difference between the current value and the cost |
| Yield (APY) | The annualised return |
The details page of a securities account shows the logo of the bank. See Securities accounts.
Statement filesThe download of securities statement files from the account details pages is not available in this release.
Access to securities accounts
The SECURITIES_READ permission is scoped by securities account. Administrators select the securities accounts when they add the permission to a user or a user group, and users see only those accounts. When the tenant uses the approval workflow, links between securities accounts and account groups follow the pending changes process. See Permissions and Pending changes.
Best practices
- Choose the settlement channel deliberately — Select Urgent for time-critical transfers
- Scope securities permissions — Grant
SECURITIES_READonly for the securities accounts that a user needs - Open the details page for the latest data — The details page refreshes the balance, while lists show the latest hourly data
- Review statuses of holdings — Check holdings with the status Pending withdrawal or Cut-off before planning new transfers
